Please give us at least two working days notice. This allows us to check your records and order in your medicine if we don't have it in stock.
In order to supply prescription medicines pets must have had a recent check up. If your pet has not had an examination within the last six months please make an appointment. 
Telephone orders can be placed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.

Prescription Only Medicines

 

 

·       Your veterinary surgeon may prescribe POM-Vs only for animals under their care.

 

·       You may obtain Prescription Only Medicines Veterinary (POM-Vs) from your veterinary surgeon OR ask for a written prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgeon or pharmacy.

 

·       Our standard administrative charge for providing a written prescription is £15.50 + VAT.

 

·       A written prescription may not be appropriate if your animal is an in-patient or immediate treatment is necessary.

 

·       You will be informed, on request, of the price of any medicine that may be dispensed for your animal.

 

·       The general policy of this practice is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions at least every 6 months, but this may vary with  individual circumstances. The standard charge for an examination is £24.95 + VAT.
